A Yellow Sticker is an area of concern that we noticed during the repair process. It often means that we suspect a previous repair by another vendor will give you trouble soon. You might want to consider having us tackle the area.
A Red Sticker means we’ve spotted a bad repair or a faulty section in an area we were not asked to address. The call is up to you, but we recommend letting us fix the problem.
