That’s why we created a professional, yet simple repair log system that records every detail of the repair process—from the moment your module arrives to the final video quality check. This isn’t just about organization—it’s about your safety, quality assurance, and complete transparency. Here’s how it works:
🔖 Step 1: Arrival & Initial QC
When your order arrives, each module gets a barcode that logs into our system:
- Date of arrival 📦
- Severity of the damage 🔧
- Estimated repair time ⏱️
This kicks off our first Quality Control (QC) checkpoint.

🛠️ Step 2: Into the Repair Department
Your module is queued for repair. When our engineers receive it, they:
- Scan the barcode
- Confirm that QC notes match the actual damage
- Begin the repair process with professional precision
✅ Step 3: Detailed Repair Logging
Once the repair is done, we log everything:
- What part of the module was repaired
- Repair severity
- Time spent on the repair ⌛
- A green personalized sticker is placed on the module, showing exactly where the work was done—because we don’t hide anything. 👀

🔁 Step 4: Final QC & Video Proof
After repairs, your modules go through a second QC process where:
- A different technician approves or flags any issues
- Once cleared, the modules go to Video QC
🎥 Video QC is recorded in a white test pattern, as color checks have already been completed earlier. These videos are saved on a USB drive and sent to you, along with a Repair Log report, showing exactly where every repair was made.

📦 Step 5: Packing with Care
Only after passing every checkpoint are your modules handed to our packing team, who carefully prepare them for shipment, ensuring they arrive as perfect as they left.
